Who runs the app

Ball and a Wall Academy is operated by Ball and a Wall's legal name and registered details (to be confirmed before launch). This prototype was built by TLEP for Ball and a Wall to show how the Academy could work.

Use of the website and app

• The Academy is for children aged 8 to 12, set up and supervised by a parent, carer or teacher.
• Real-ball challenges should be done somewhere safe, with a grown-up's say-so.
• Please don't try to break, copy or misuse the app.

Content in this prototype

Courts, Captains, workbooks, cards and media in this prototype are sample content. Placeholder images and video were generated for the demonstration and do not show real people. Club names appear as a player's chosen team; badges are our own drawings, not club crests.

Intellectual property

The Academy's content, design and code belong to their owners: ownership and licence terms between Ball and a Wall and TLEP (to be confirmed before launch). You may use the app for personal and classroom learning.

Accuracy and liability

We work to keep the learning content accurate, but the app is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links to other sites

The grown-ups area links to help services and the ICO. We are not responsible for other websites.

No contract from the app itself

Using this prototype does not create a contract or a subscription. Any paid plan would have its own terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
